What's your why?

You may know Simon Sinek, seen his Ted talk, or read his book "Start With Why?"  In a service business you are your team, and the recognition of the people we serve is the pinnacle of our day.  I can't thank my team enough for the commitment they have had, not only through this past year, but for the years before that, and the years to come.  I am truly humbled at how they support our clients through planning, education, knowledge, and most of all caring.  Here is a collage of the most used words in our survey links when we work on support.  It is truly my "Why".
