Trying to find a meeting time that works for everyone? Office 365's FindTime is the plug in you've been looking for.
The back and forth emails, phone calls, and more to co-ordinate a date/time for a meeting are over. Microsoft has quietly added a plug in for outlook that will ask you to select date/times and then it add a poll link to your e
mail for people to select which ones work for them.
I haven't gotten to the best part. Once a consensus has been reached on the poll, FindTime will automatically send out the meeting invite for the chosen date/time with a Teams Link (if you've chosen that) for the conference call.
This plugin is tremendous and I can't recommend it highly enough. If you are looking for a quick, easy, and FREE way to "herd those cats" for meeting dates and times - this plugin is your answer.
